Lancelot F. Mars
President and Chief Executive Officer

Lance Mars, MBA LNHA SHRM-CP has 25+ years of experience as a human resources management and general management administrator with specialization in Strategic Management.  He has worked in several non-profit and for-profit entities, including social services, textile, printing, water utility and medical education.

                      Programs Coordinator

The coordinator holds a Doctor of Medicine degree and has a background as a registered nurse with over three years of experience in delivering nursing education, she specializes in preparing nurses for NCLEX licensing requirements. The coordinator oversees the teaching activities of program personnel, ensuring adherence to the curriculum, and collaborates with medical institutions to facilitate clinical rotations and skills training, fostering a comprehensive learning experience for students.

        Miriam C. Gadraj B.S.Econ., PS Mngt.
                  Programs Consultant

Miriam has over 20 years of experience across diverse sectors, including labor relations, public service modernization with a focus on quality public service, integrative retail management, marketing, quality assurance, medical education administration, and institutional advancement. She has also undergone advanced training in these fields, enhancing her expertise and impact. As a Certified Health and Wellness Coach, she is deeply committed to mentoring individuals and teams while promoting holistic well-being.

               Programs Administrator

The administrator holds a Doctor of Medicine degree with over five years of experience in medical education and administration, with a focus on maintaining quality assurance standards. The administrator oversees program curricula, ensuring they meet participants' expectations and deliver exceptional learning outcomes. The administrator's role includes student advocacy, academic advisement, and liaising with international organizations to foster collaborative opportunities.
